2、 Selection of lifting and landing speed of automatic road gate
High speed (1.5 seconds), applicable to road management system, such as expressway toll station.
Medium speed (3 seconds), suitable for civil use, such as residential quarters, intelligent buildings, parking lots, etc.
Slow speed (6 seconds), suitable for civil use, such as residential areas, intelligent buildings, parking lots, etc.
3、 Electrical performance selection
According to the security inspection requirements, select the control system with the security inspection function, which is divided into ground sensing, infrared, pressure wave, etc.
Check whether the product detection is perfect. Common road gates (car stop products) must have the following general detection reports:
① Is the balance adjustment of the car stopper convenient?
② Stability of control system, etc
③ Various inspection reports of the whole machine
④ Waterproof protection function of electrical circuit
⑤ Waterproof grade and electrical detection of motor
⑥ Quality assurance system of manufacturers and agent suppliers
4、 Selection of mechanical transmission mode for automatic road gate
Belt drive: low cost, easy to stretch and wear, loud sound, poor transmission balance stability, routine maintenance is required. Motor driven, belt driven and decelerated. The life of the belt is short and it is easy to stretch. The stability is poor when the motor is driven. The motor needs to be refueled for maintenance. The whole machine has large vibration, loud sound, and low current. The belt needs to be turned when the power is cut off.
Hydraulic transmission: simple structure, fast transmission, light sound, but high maintenance cost, the railing should not be too long, the damage rate after impact is high, the release after power failure is simple, motor driven, hydraulic transmission deceleration, generally used for roads, high cost, but good performance, can be used with a variety of speeds, but the maintenance requires professional personnel, and the maintenance cost is high.
Electromechanical integrated transmission: the motor and the reducer are integrated, and different motors are selected according to different rod lengths. There is no need to adjust the reducer, and only the key handle is needed for power failure, which is sanitary and convenient. The slow motor is directly adopted, and the drive motor with different starting time can be selected. It is a new car stop mode in the world at present, generally in Italy
In the application of the device, an integrated slow motor is used, without maintenance. With a key clutch mechanism, the sound is low and the cost is not high.
Reducer transmission: slightly low cost, complex mechanical structure, many parts, and complex regulation and maintenance.
